This project features a 28,500 sq. ft. 3-story building and sitework. Being a phased project, we began by working on the shell building, then the interior build-out, including a community center and daycare facility.
A second generation interior space was renovated into a music school. This 24,400 sq. ft. project included a performance room with elevated space, digital drum rooms and recording studios. A complete split of all MEP systems was also performed during a compressed schedule.
